Workshops Policies

• Filled on a first come, first served basis.

• Students must register online by purchasing tickets at our online checkout or Eventbrite.

• There are a limited number of spaces available.

• Workshop fees are not refundable unless it is canceled due to low enrollment. There is a minimum number of participants needed for the workshop to occur.

Refunds / Cancellations

• Workshop fees are non-refundable.

• 100% refunds are made if the Workshop is canceled due to low enrollment.

• All refunds due to low enrollment will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks after workshop date for processing.

Waiver of Liability

These workshops are facilitated by Bramaya West African Drum and Dance Ensemble and guest artists (the “Proprietors"). By registering to any of the Workshops offered on this website, you, the participant and/or the parent or guardian of the child participating (the “Participant”), agree to hold the Proprietors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred. By registering, you are agreeing to these terms and you forfeit all rights to bring a suit against the Proprietors for any reason.
